Geometric Pattern On Gradient
Hi! Once again I have been playing around with nail art pens. For the silver I used a Sally Hansen I Heart Nail Art Pen in Silver. The pen wasn't the best at making nice sharp corners, and at times I had trouble getting the silver to be opaque. Other than that I really had no issue with it! The base is China Glaze What A Pansy and Wait N' Sea.

Swirls On A Gradient
Hello! Here's a manicure that I did to try out a nail art pen that I got for my birthday a few months ago. For the swirls I used a Sally Hansen I Heart Nail Art Pen in the color Turquoise. I really liked using the pen, but it didn't make as fine of lines as I was hoping. I also found that it worked a lot smoother on 100% dry nails. For my manicure the polish was still just slightly tacky, so I had a bit of difficulty getting totally smooth lines. The base of this mani is a gradient using China Glaze Metro Pollen-Tin and Feel The Breeze.

Centered Triangle Gems
Hello! Today I have another manicure utilizing gems! This time I did a row of triangle gems going down the center of my nails. I definitely had some difficulty lining them up straight. The polish I used is Zoya Rory. I wasn't huge on this mani at first, but just when it was finally starting to grow on me all the gems began to pop off! After one day at least half the gems had come off. What a pain.

Star Gems On Fan Brushed Stripes
Hello! Today I have some nail art that I did a few weeks ago, but am still in love with. For my nails I did the fan brush technique using Essie Hide And Go Chic, Go Overboard, and Xtreme Wear Wet Cement. I applied the stars using topcoat as my adhesive. I was originally going to do some splatter nails with these polishes, but I'm so happy I went with the fan brush technique instead.

Fourth of July Flag Nails
Happy 4th of July, I hope everyone is having a great day! For my nails this year I ended up going pretty plain and simple, just a flag across my nails. It took a lot more work than I was expecting because I freehand painted everything and I had some trouble trying to make things as neat as I could.

Dots On Stripes
Hello! I feel like I haven't posted anything in a while, so here's a manicure I wore a few weeks ago. I used striping tape to mark off the stripes. I then added dots using the smallest dotting tool that I have. This wasn't exactly my original plan for this look, but I guess it still worked out. I used Orly Lemonade and Essie Hide And Go Chic.
