Once again we end the month on a bad note. I had the idea for these nails and originally wanted to go with a dusty purple and a silver or bronze, however I later changed my mind to army green and gold because, unlike purple, it's a color that I never ever wear. Well, I think that ended up being a big mistake because I just am not a fan of how these nails turned out. The base is Zoya Yara and the gold is Xtreme Wear Golden-I. I think maybe I could have saved this color combo if I had used a metallic gold instead of a glittery one, but once the topcoat was on, there was no going back.

Princess Smoosh Marble
The base that I chose for these nails is a smooshed marble using China Glaze Rain Dance The Night Away, China Glaze One Polished Pony, Essie Mint Candy Apple, Xtreme Wear Jam Sesh, and Color Club Diggin' The Dancing Queen. I also added a little bit of holo and iridescent glitter from Xtreme Wear Disco Ball. All of this, combined with the design I painted, and these nails were giving me some princess vibes.

Partial Watermarble
Here's a little manicure I did to do something a little bit different with watermarble than I usually do. Typically, I always find the marble too cool to mess with and I always just end up leaving it be as a fully marbled mani. For this, I mainly used Xtreme Wear Tickled Pink, Xtreme Wear Jam Sesh, Xtreme Wear Orchid Around, and Xtreme Wear Royal Hue.

Ruffian Filigree
I didn't have a lot of time to paint my nails last week so this was something that I just quickly threw together. The base is Zoya Finley and the details are Color Club Hot Like Lava.

Scalloped Chevron Floral
I don't know what it is about these nails, but for some reason they feel pretty old school nail art to me; like a type of design that would have been popular 5 years ago. I do really like these though, but then again I always love how white and black look together. For the pinks, I primarily used China Glaze Hang-Ten Toes and Color Club Raspberry Rave.

Stripey Curve
For these nails I revisited an old favorite technique of mine, fan brush stripes. I used China Glaze One Track Mind, Xtreme Wear Jam Sesh, Xtreme Wear Dabbler, Xtreme Wear Babe Blue, Color Club Diggin' The Dancing Queen, and Xtreme Wear Celeb City.

Seafoam Geometric
For these nails, I started with China Glaze One Polished Pony and then did a light splattering of China Glaze Cutie Mark The Spot, China Glaze Dashboard Dreamer, China Glaze New Birth and Color Club 'Til The Record Stops.
