The Hunger Games- District 9

Hardly anything is known about District 9. They are barely even mentioned in the books, luckily the internet exists to at least tell me that 9 is the grain district. Oh boy. I was really grasping at straws with this manicure.

I did polka dots to represent grain, A 9 for the district number, the district seal, and my version of a wheat field. Yeah.. not my best work.

I used Revlon Hot For Chocolate, China Glaze Agro,  Color Club Take Me To Your Chateau, and I frankened a wheat like color.
