Fun Abstract Design

Hello! I got inspiration for this design from one of the nails in this photo. I dumbed down the design a bit to make it easier for me, but I'm surprisingly happy with how it came out! I used China Glaze All Aboard, China Glaze Fancy Pants, China Glaze Giver's Theme, China Glaze One Track Mind, China Glaze Plur-Ple, Xtreme Wear Big Teal, and Color Club Macaroon Swoon.

Cute Hot Air Balloons

For today I have some hot air balloon nail art! Of course, I had to go the pink and blue route, like usual. I used Essie Where's My Chauffeur?, Xtreme Wear Tickled Pink, Xtreme Wear Peach Beach, Xtreme Wear Pop Chart, and Xtreme Wear Wet Cement. I wish I had made these cleaner, but they are growing on me a tiny bit.

Just Dots

Today I'm wearing a very dotty design. I like these colors together, but I don't think this was the best way to use them. I used China Glaze One Track Mind, Xtreme Wear Tickled Pink, Xtreme Wear Hustle Up, and Zoya Cole.

Greens and Blues Watermarble

Hello! Today I have a water marble! I'm still working on really getting down the petal designs, but for now I just have a more simple striped marble. I really like the way these polishes blended together in the water and made some neat teal colors. I used China Glaze One Track Mind, China Glaze Boho Blue, Essie Vibrant Vibes, and Zoya Tiana.

Half Moon Dotticure

Hello! Today I have a half moon mani. I got this design from a pattern on a napkin, and I think it's pretty neat. The colors ended up blending together a lot more than I had wanted, which is a bummer because it makes it really difficult to see the design. I really like this design, so I'll probably have to do it again, but with different colors, eventually. I used Color Club Macaroon Swoon, Color Club Vintage Couture, and  Zoya Cole.

Ant-Man

It's that time of year again! Ant Man is my favorite Avenger, so I had to do something for the new movie. I've actually done something a bit similar to this before, when  I did nails inspired by Hank Pym. This time around I painted the suits and masks of Ant Man and Yellow Jacket as they are seen in the film.
For Ant Man I used Essie No Place Like Chrome, Revlon Iconic, China Glaze Merry Berry, and China Glaze Cranberry Splash. For Yellow Jacket I used Zoya Anais and Zoya Darcy.

Blues and Purples Braid

I haven't done a braid design in a really long time! This is the first time that I didn't do any repeating colors in the braid, so I used quite a few polishes. From top to bottom is China Glaze Man Hunt, Essie Hide And Go Chic, China Glaze Shower Together, China Glaze Wait N' Sea,  China Glaze Capacity To See Beyond, Essie Mint Candy Apple, China Glaze Sweet Hook, Xtreme Wear Lacey Lilac, Xtreme Wear Wing It, China Glaze All Aboard, and OPI Vant To Bite My Neck. Whew.

Matte Blues Gradient

Today I have another manicure that kind of resulted from playing around with gradients and matte. The darkest blue is China Glaze One Track Mind, then China Glaze Boho Blues, and the lightest blue is Zoya Blu, which I also used for the hearts. The matte topcoat that I used is Essie Matte About You. The gradients are a bit rougher on some of the nails, but I still like the finished look.

4th of July Skittlette

Here are my nails this year for the 4th of July! I really tried to avoid doing yet another skittlette, but I just couldn't help it! The blue is China Glaze One Track Mind, and the red is Nicole by OPI Challenge Red-y. Stars are really not my strong suit, so they are a bit wonky, but I like how the overall look turned out.
