Disney Nail Art: Frozen

Hello! Today my manicure is inspired by the movie Frozen! When I did my Disney nail are series last year Frozen had not come out yet, but I've been wanting to do nail art for it ever since I saw the movie. On my pointer is Hans' outfit, and my ring finger is Elsa's famous ice dress. For my ring finger I did the detailing on the dress that Anna wears the majority of the movie, and on my pinky is Kristoff's outfit. Last but not least, on my thumb is Olaf!

Pointer: Hans' vest is mostly Xtreme Wear Pacific Blue and his scarf is Xtreme Wear Raspberry Rave.
Middle: Elsa's dress is Xtreme Wear Breezy Blue with NYX Silver Glitter and China Glaze Capacity To See Beyond with Sally Hansen Bling-Tastic on top.
Ring: I frankened pretty much all of the colors on this nail except for the gold, which is OPI Golden Rules!
Pinky: The base is Revlon Icon with other shades of grey randomly sponged on. The belt part is China Glaze Seduce Me, Grass is Lime Greener, and What A Pansy.
Thumb: For the base I did a gradient using Zoya Blu and LA Splash Blowfish Blue. The carrot is Xtreme Wear Sun Kissed.

Disney Series: Peter Pan

Hello! Here we are, September is over and it's the final day of my Disney series! I'm kind of bummed that it's ending, I had a lot of fun painting these manicures! To wrap it up I've decided to do nail art inspired by Peter Pan. On my pointer finger I painted the bow on the back of Wendy's dress. My ring finger has Peter's belt and dagger. I also put a little feather on that nail because of the one on his hat. My ring finger is Captain Hook's hook. My pinky has one of Tinkerbell's wings. Finally, on my thumb I painted the crocodile that is always trying to eat Captain Hook.

Pointer: The base is Essie Take Me To Your Chateau. The bow is Xtreme Wear Blinding Blue.
Middle: The greens are OPI Here Today.. Aragon Tomorrow, and China Glaze Starboard. The brown is China Glaze Mahogany Magic.
Ring: The base is China Glaze Red Satin, the hook is Essie No Place Like Chrome.
Pinky: The base is Revlon Iconic.
Thumb: The base is China Glaze First Mate. For the crocodile I used China Glaze Starboard, and Zoya Josie mixed with some white.

Disney Series: Pocahontas

 Hi! My Disney nails today are inspired by Pocahontas! On my pointer is Pocahontas's necklace. On my middle finger I painted her pet raccoon, Meeko. For my ring finger I painted the outfit of Governor Ratcliffe. My pinky is the "colors of the wind" with all the pretty leaves blowing and what not. For my thumb I painted a ship.

Pointer: The base is Orly Lemonade. For the necklace I used Xtreme Wear Blinding Blue.
Middle: The base is Zoya Neely. For Meeko I used Xtreme Wear Wet Cement and Revlon Iconic.
Ring: For the base I used Xtreme Wear Raspberry Rave. The light purple is Xtreme Wear Lacey Lilac. The teal is Xtreme Wear The Real Teal, and the yellow is Zoya Darcy.
Pinky: For the base I used Xtreme Wear Berry Juicy. The leaves are Xtreme Wear Violet Voltage, China Glaze Red Satin, and Zoya Arizona.
Thumb: The base is Essie Where's My Chauffeur?, The ship is China Glaze Foie Gras.

Disney Series: The Princess and the Frog

 Once again, it's a multi-post day! For my Disney series today I painted my nails inspired by The Princess and the Frog. On my pointer finger is Tiana as a frog. On my middle finger is Prince Naveen's shirt when he gets turned back in to a human. I painted the skull and crossbones on Dr. Facilier's hat on my ring finger. For my pinky I painted a pink bow which Charlotte wears when she first meets "Naveen." On my thumb is the bottom bit of Tiana's dress.

All of the greens that I used are Essie Navigate Her, which I used most, Orly Lucky Duck, and Zoya Josie. For all the light yellow bits I mixed white and Orly Lemonade. Naveen's belt is Essie Go Overboard. The base of my pointer is Zoya Blu, The base on my pinky is Xtreme Wear Berry Juicy, and the bow is Coral Reef.

Disney Series: The Emperor's New Groove

 It's a double post kind of day! I just posted my first manicure of the 33DC, and here I am again with something for my Disney series. This manicure is inspired by The Emperor's New Groove. I remember seeing commercials for this and thinking that it looked like the dumbest movie. It turned out to be hilarious, and is actually one of my favorites. On my pointer finger is Kuzco's crown. On my middle finger is the llama symbol on the poison given to Kuzco. My ring finger is Kronk's outfit, and on my pinky is Yzma's eyelashes. My thumb is Pacha's outfit.

Pointer: Base is China Glaze Red Satin. The crown is Zoya Darcy, and Xtreme Wear Lemon Zest.
Middle: The base is Xtreme Wear Hot Magenta.
Ring: The blue is Xtreme Wear Pacific Blue, and the purples are Violet Voltage, and Lacey Lilac. the yellow is Zoya Darcy.
Pinky: The base is Color Club Pucci-Licious.
Thumb: I used Xtreme Wear Green With Envy, LA Splash Greenery, China Glaze Mahogany Magic, and Zoya Darcy.

Disney Series: Pinocchio

Hello! Today's inspiration is Pinocchio. On my pointer is a puppet's handle and strings. On my middle finger is Pinocchio's outfit. For my ring finger I painted Jiminy Cricket's umbrella, and on my pinky is a wood grain. On my thumb is Monstro.

Pointer: The base is Zoya Josie, The handle is Essie Miss Fancy Pants.
Middle: I used Orly Lemonade, China Glaze Red Satin, and Xteme Wear Blinding Blue.
Ring: Base is Essie Navigate Her. For the umbrella I used Zoya Darcy, and China Glaze Seduce Me.
Pinky: I used Revlon Hot For Chocolate and China Glaze Mahogany Magic.
Thumb: The base is China Glaze Elephant Walk. The whale is Xtreme Wear Pacific Blue.

Disney Series: Snow White

 Hi! Today's manicure is inspired by Snow White! I actually did two Snow White designs because I wasn't really happy with the first one.This is my second attempt. On my pointer is a dwarf's pickaxe. On my middle finger I painted the evil queens crown on the top of her head.On my ring finger is the poisoned apple. For my pinky I painted the bodice of Snow White's dress, and I added the teardrop shape from her sleeves at the bottom. On my thumb is the magic mirror.

Pointer: The base is Revlon Trendy. The handle of the pickaxe is China Glaze Mahogany Magic, and the metal part is Essie No Place Like Chrome.
Middle: The base is Zoya Mira. The crown is China Glaze Champagne Bubbles, and the skin color is LA Splash Nudist.
Ring: For the base I used a white and painted a coat of China Glaze Frosty over it. The apple is China Glaze Red Satin.
Pinky: The blue is China Glaze Man Hunt, the yellow is Orly Lemonade, and the red is China Glaze Red Satin.
Thumb: OPI Vant To Bite My Neck? is the base. For the silver I used Essie No Place Like Chrome, and the gold is CG Champagne Bubbles.

 Here is the first manicure that I did. It's not horrible, It's just not something that I was particularly proud of.

Disney Series: Sleeping Beauty

Hello! Today's nails are inspired by Sleeping Beauty. On my pointer is my best attempt at incorporating all three of the good fairies's hats. On my middle finger is Maleficent's horns. On my ring finger I painted Aurora's dress in pink, even though for the majority of the movie it's blue, just because the pink is more iconic. Prince Philip's fancy attire is on my pinky. On my thumb I painted the spinning wheel that Aurora pricks her finger on, and I did it on a sort of glowy green like it is in the movie!

Pointer: Base is Zoya Julie with a coat of Nicole By OPI Let's Make A Comet-Ment. The hats are Xtreme Wear Blinding Blue, Caribbean Coral, and Revlon Posh.
Middle: The base is Zoya Mira. For the lines I used Zoya Megan, and the top of her face is Xtreme Wear Mint Sorbet.
Ring: I used Xtreme Wear Fuchsia Power, and Zoya Shelby.
Pinky: The base is China Glaze Man Hunt, then I used Color Club Heart To Heart, and Zoya Darcy.
Thumb: I used OPI Here Today... Aragon Tomorrow for the base. Then I sponged on some of China Glaze Def Defying, then to make is shiny I sponged on Xtreme Wear Ivy League. The brown is China Glaze Mahogany Magic.

Disney Series: Hercules

Hi! My manicure today is inspired by the Disney movie Hercules! I love this movie, it's definitely in my top 5 for Disney films. Plus, Ive always liked Meg, naturally, because my name is Megan. Anyway, On my pointer I painted blue fire for Hades' hair, and on my middle finger is Hercules' medallion. On my ring finger I painted Hercules' outfit, and on my pinky is Megara's dress. On my thumb is Pegasus's wing.

Pointer: Base is Xteme Wear Wet Cement. For the fire I used Color Club Take Me To Your Chateau, Xtreme Wear Blinding Blue, and Pacific Blue.
Middle: Base is Xtreme Wear Raspberry Rave, the medallion is Zoya Darcy with one coat of Xtreme Wear Lemon Zest.
Ring: I frankened a color for the base using Zoya Arizona and China Glaze Mahogany Magic. The brown is Mahogany Magic, and the yellow is Zoya Darcy.
Pinky: The base is Xtreme Wear Lacey Lilac, and the dark purple is Zoya Mira. The lines are Xtreme Wear Violet Voltage.
Thumb: The base is Xtreme Wear Blinding Blue.

Disney Series: Alice In Wonderland

Hi! Today's nails are Alice In Wonderland! On my pointer is the big white bow on the back of Alice's dress, then on my middle finger I have the Mad Hatter's top hat. On my ring finger is the White Rabbit's pocket watch, and on my pinky I painted the Queen of Heart's dress. On my thumb is the Cheshire Cat. I know that his face doesn't really look like that, but I really wanted to paint his stripes! Unfortunately, there are a ton of tiny bubbles on my nails because I had to use a somewhat goopy top coat.

Pointer: I actually frankened a color for the base using Xtreme Wear Pacific Blue, and Zoya Blu.
Middle: Base is China Glaze Re-Fresh Mint. The hat is Starboard, and the darker green is OPI Here Today... Aragon Tomorrow.
Ring: Base is Revlon Iconic, the yellow is Zoya Darcy.
Pinky: I used China Glaze Heart To Heart, and Zoya Darcy.
Thumb: The pink is Xtreme Wear Razz-Berry, the purple is Color Club Pucci-Licious, and the eyes are once again Zoya Darcy.

Disney Series: Cinderella

Hello! I meant to post this manicure yesterday, but I was swamped with schoolwork, so I didn't have the time. Anyway, today's nails are inspired by Cinderella! The bow on my pointer is part of the Fairy Godmother's outfit. On my middle finger is a clock striking twelve, and on my ring finger is a pumpkin which Cinderella's carriage was made from. On my pinky I painted the Prince's outfit. Of course on my thumb I had to paint a glass slipper!

Pointer: Base - China Glaze Secret Peri-Wink-Le. The pink is Xtreme Wear Razz-Berry.
Middle: Base is Zoya Blu with a coat of Sinful Colors Cinderella.
Ring: Same base as the middle finger, lighter orange is Xtreme Wear Sun Kissed, the darker is China Glaze Roguish Red. LA Splash Greenery is the vines.
Pinky: I frankened a light yellow base color. The dark yellow is Xtreme Wear Lemon Zest.
Thumb: Base is Zoya Gei Gei. The slipper is mainly Zoya Blu and CG Secret Peri-Wink-Le.

Disney Series: Aladdin

Today my manicure is inspired by the movie Aladdin! On my pointer finger I painted a tiger print for Jasmine's tiger, Rajah. On my middle finger is the magic lamp with the genie coming out of it. I painted a simplified version of the magic carpet on my ring finger, then on my pinky I did Jafar's hat. On my thumb I painted the Sultan's palace to some extent.

Pointer: Zoya Thandie.
Middle: The base is Xtreme Wear Pinch of Punch, the gold is Essie Good As Gold, and the genie part is Xtreme Wear Pacific Blue.
Ring: The base is Zoya Mira, then I used Darcy, and NOPI Challenge Red-y for details.
Pinky: The gold is Xtreme Wear Golden-I and the red is NOPI Challenge Red-y.
Thumb: I did a gradient with Zoya Mira and Shelby. The tops of the tower is Xtreme Wear Time To Shine, and one again the red is Challenge Red-y.

Disney Series: Tangled

Hello! Today in my Disney series I painted a manicure inspired by Tangled. I really like this movie, but I guess because it's a bit newer I always forget about it. On my pointer finger I painted Pascal, the chameleon. He looks a bit freaky... But I don't mind it. On my middle finger is Rapunzel's  hair when it's braided and had flowers in it. On my ring ringer is the lacing on the front of her dress, and on my pinky is Flynn Rider's outfit. On my thumb I painted the sun logo

Pointer: The base is Revlon Posh, the lighter green is China Glaze Def Defying, the red is NOPI Challenge Red-y.
Middle: I used many shades of yellow. For the flowers I used Xtreme Wear Lacey Lilac, Peach Beach, and Pinch of Punch.
Ring: The base is Xtreme Wear Lacey Lilac, the laces are Peach Beach.
Pinky: For the shirt I franked a color by mixing Essie Go Overboard and Mint Candy Apple. The metal bits are Orly Rage, and the belts are China Glaze Mahogany Magic.
Thumb: Base is Zoya Mira, the yellow is Darcy.

Disney Series: The Little Mermaid

Hello! Today my manicure is inspired by The Little Mermaid! On my pointer I painted one of Sebastian's claws. On my middle finger is Ariel's torso, and on my ring finger is the bottom on her tail. My pinky has Flounder's stripes. On my thumb is one of Ursula's tentacles. I wish I had used a different base on my ring finger though, because it blends in with the tale a little too much.

Pinky: The base is Zoya Blu, the red is Nicole By OPI Challenge Red-y.
Middle: Base is LA Splash Nudist, her clam-shell top is Xtreme Wear Lacey Lilac, and Color Club Pucci-Licious. Her tail is Xtreme Wear Mint Sorbet and Kiwi Bikini.
Ring: Base is OPI Can't Find My Czechbook, the tail is Xtreme Wear Kiwi Bikini, and Mint Sorbet.
Pinky: Base is Mac Al Fredo, the stripes are Xtreme Wear Blinding Blue.
Thumb: The base is Xtreme Wear Raspberry Rave. The dark purple is Zoya Mira and the suckers are Xtreme Wear Pinch of Punch.

Disney Series: Beauty and the Beast

Hello! In this edition of my Disney nail art series my manicure is inspired by the movie Beauty and the Beast! I almost wish I had 7 fingers on a hand for this one because there were so many things I wanted to include, for instance Lumiere, and Cogsworth. I did, however, paint the bottom part of Belle's dress on my pointer finger, and the rose on my middle finger. On my ring finger is Beast's fancy outfit, and on my pinky is Gaston. On my thumb I painted Chip!

 I used three yellows, the lightest is Orly Lemonade, then Xtreme Wear Mellow Yellow, and the darkest is Zoya Darcy. The red is Nicole by OPI Challenge Red-y. Beast's blue jacket is China Glaze Man Hunt. The base on my middle finger is Xtreme Wear Berry Juicy. For the rose is used Xtreme Wear Pink Punch, and Pretty In Hot Pink, the stem is LA Splash Greenery. The base on my thumb is Xtreme Wear Mint Sorbet. For the bottom of Chip I used Xtreme Wear Violet Voltage, Xtreme Wear Pretty In Hot Pink, and Essie Where's My Chauffeur? Gatons chest is LA Splash Nudist.

Disney Series: Mulan

Hello! Welcome to September. For as long as I have been doing nail art September has been the time for month long challenges. There are so many challenges that I would love to participate in this month, but unfortunately, it's impossible to do them all. Instead of doing the 31 Day Challenge again, which I really want to do, but have also grown a bit tired of, I came up with an idea of my own. For the duration of this month i will begin a Disney inspired nail art series, and will be attempting to post a manicure every other day! I'm really excited for this because I love Disney movies and there is just so much to draw inspiration from!

To kick off this series I had to go with my favorite Disney movie, and one of my favorite movies of all time, Mulan! In my opinion, this movie is the best, I especially love the part when Mulan cuts her hair!

On my pointer I painted her hair comb, and on my middle finger is the lucky cricket. On my ring finger is one of her outfits, and on my pinky I painted the hilt of the sword that she takes to war with her. I really wanted to paint Mushu, but I wasn't really confident about it, so on my thumb I just painted a swirvy design with his colors.

Pointer: The base is Xtreme Wear Lacey Lilac. The comb is Essie Where's My Chauffeur? and I out lined it with Essie Good As Gold.
Middle: Base is Xtreme Wear Berry Juicy. The purple is Color Club Pucci-Licious, and blue is Xtreme Wear Pacific Blue.

Thumb: I used NOPI Challenge Red-y, Zoya Darcy, and Xtreme Wear Pacific Blue.
